Diwan Plus 
     It is the administrative communications system developed at King Saud University.
System objectives 
   - Developing administrative communication procedures within the university.
   - Reducing the time required to transfer transactions between different university departments.
   - Preserving documents from loss or damage by transferring documents electronically.
   - Ensuring the secure transfer of documents and correspondence between different university departments while maintaining their confidentiality and privacy.
   - Easy searching and retrieval of electronic transactions and attachments.
   - Providing mechanisms for distributing tasks within departments.
System features 
   - Easy registration and referral of transactions.
   - Easy electronic attachment of transactions in the system.
   - The ability to link transactions through payment, attachment, and follow-up relationships.
   - The ability to track the completion of transactions and delayed transactions according to department and employee.
   - Notifying the transaction owner of the operations carried out on his transaction through mobile messages and email.
   - Notifying the relevant employee of the arrival of transactions to his department via email and mobile messages.
   - The ability to distribute permissions across multiple levels within the system.
   - Merging files within the transaction.
   - Approval of guidance requests (signature, endorsement, explanation of the transaction).
   - Transactions are processed without the need for printing.
   - Tracking the progress of transactions within the system.
   - The employee performance report is more comprehensive.
   - Changing the transaction from confidential to non-confidential and vice versa by the authorized party.
   - The ability to write letters and decisions from within the system.
   - Direct assignment of tasks to the employee by the department manager.
